(2) If you have the number 2 and you want to see if it goes into a certain number, you see if the last digit is even. If it is, 2 can go into that number.
(3) If you have the number 3 and you want to see if it goes into a certain number, you add up all of the digits in the number and if the number you came up with is divisible by 3 you know that 3 can go into that number.
